RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

  • We do not offer cash refunds. If your Kinktamer Blow Dryer is defective or not functioning properly upon receipt, we will gladly replace it with a new unit.

  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The unit must be in its original condition, without signs of damage or misuse.
