SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Standard shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days depending on your location.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

  • We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping will be available soon.

RETURN POLICY

  • We do not offer cash refunds. However, if your Kinktamer Blow Dryer is defective or not functioning properly upon receipt, we will gladly replace it with a new unit.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Units returned after this period will not be accepted.

  • To qualify for a replacement:

    • The unit must be in its original condition.

    • The unit cannot be broken or show signs of misuse or damage.

  • Customers are responsible for initiating the return process by contacting our Customer Service Team at Vcoll70@yahoo.com during business hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (EST).

  • Once your return is approved, Customer Service will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned unit, a replacement will be processed and shipped within 5 business days.

Note: The Kinktamer Blow Dryer must be returned with all original packaging and accessories to ensure proper replacement processing. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
